Kymberli Ma’at Roberts is a mosaic of layers. Artist; global citizen, people champion and visionary, she is both seen and felt as an authentic, transparent leader across private and nonprofit sectors.
As a Human Resources professional, she expands the concept of Human Resources into simply resources for humans. Committed to helping organizations find the bridge between its mission and people; she centers the human experience through the employee life cycle. As a journey doula, she incorporates informed and intentional practices to advocate for autonomy and help individuals and families navigate life transitions spanning across reproductive health, employment, bereavement and more.
After navigating COVID and racial pandemics, Kymberli as one of the founding members established the We Are ATL: IDEA Taskforce. A collective dedicated to creating a more inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible culture throughout Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, its membership base and hospitality industry.
Kymberli has served UK-based Black Women in HR as a mentor; and Austria-based Global Citizenship Alliance and Salzburg Global Seminar, bringing leaders and institutions together to engage in collaborative and responsible action for the future of our world.
A native of Brooklyn, NY, Kymberli attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she earned a degree in Forensic Psychology and certificate in Dispute Resolution. She continues to expand the layers of her work holding additional certifications as a Sound Healer, IASH; Holistic Fertility Doula, NBDA; Certified Professional, SHRM; Basic Mediation, NYCID; and Full Spectrum Doula, BADT. She continues to align her artistic academic, and therapeutic layers in her current role as Human Resources Manager with Arcus Foundation.
