Our food distribution program, is dedicated to reducing food insecurity by ensuring individuals and families have access to a variety of food and supportive resources that encourage physical health, dignity and emotional wellness.

Our comprehensive case management provides individualized support and guidance to help clients access resources, set goals and improve their overall well-being. Case managers work closely with individuals and families to address immediate needs while developing long-term plans for stability and success.

Our closet of care offers free clothing to families in need. From everyday essentials to seasonal items, we strive to provide resources that help people feel comfortable, confident and cared for. Our goal is to support the community by ensuring everyone has access to clothing that fit their needs.
